Returns & Exchanges
Chopova Lowena accepts returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our garments, items must be unworn and unaltered to be eligible for a refund.
Request a Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original shipping box and ensure all designer tags, carabiners, and authenticity cards are included before sealing the package.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid DHL return label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off or Collection
Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through the portal or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point to begin the transit process.
